Excellent location, next to main station and a few minutes walk to the main centre. Spacious room with lots of seating options. Despite overlooking the central station, you couldn’t hear the trains at all.

It is walking distance from the bus station and train station. It is also in the city center to walk to the tourist attraction.

It was clean, the big double bed was comfy (the two singles ones in the room I switched were not!) & the best thing about my stay was that I was able to sleep really well. It was quiet & comfy enough. Every interaction with their staff was great (and I had a few) - they were very polite and customer-centric. I had to switch rooms and they did everything for me to feel good. The location was spot on - you go out of the subway, a few steps and you are in the hotel. The airport is in 16 minutes distance with the train & the central railway station is just at the back of the hotel. Everything (almost) you could want to do as a tourist was on 10-15 minutes walk, which I loved the most about the hotel's location.

I liked the staff and their open hospitality. It was easy to find the hotel and had a great starting point to venture into the city. The highlight on the bar was Jovan and he is a treasure to keep. Anastasia was a wonderful host also at the bar. And Emmanuel Anthony was a great sport in letting us know how the hotel works.

Stayed just for a short sleep when arriving from the airport in order to catch the train in the morning. By all means it's a solid accommodation with a touch of quality. Railway station is next door, very sensible place to stay for continuing somewhere else with a train. Old town is also nearby. Solid choice by all means.

The room was much nicer than expected, the beds were very soft. Bathroom was amazing, included a walk-in shower with a built in bench and a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Staff was extremely kind, the receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and gave us all the necessary information. Perfect location for exploring the old city centre, and there s a tram stop just across the road, which we used to visit the ZOO. Complimentary drinks were provided in the room.

The property matched our expectations in every way. The rooms are clean, great shower and even infra-red light in the bathroom. We loved the complementary coffee in the room. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. Right across the street from the Old Town, close to a lot of great places to see. Online check in to the hotel turned out quite comfortable, and check out at noon was exactly what we were looking for - we don't like waking up early.

It was near the old city and the tram stop. It was a 5 min walk to get to the old city walls so it was nice. Exactly what I wanted. Breakfast was good, I really liked their bean soup.

The location is perfect, close to the main train station, in a new beautiful building. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished.
